Kelly Doty began tattooing in 2007 at Turnpike Tattoo in Meriden, CT. Before becoming a tattooer, Kelly studied at the Hartford Art School. Kelly prefers working with pen/ink and graphite when she’s not tattooing, but also dabbles in watercolor and colored pencil as well.
