The Taiwanese phone maker HTC has released their new phone named the Tattoo. The Tattoo uses Google’s open source Android mobile operating system and is expected to be released in Europe this October and the U.S. a few months after.

“The phone allows users to customize the device through changeable covers and pick from a choice of designs to ink the back of the phone.”
